These Paddles are an opportunity for the public to experience the fun of paddling, some for the first time, on the Presumpscot River in Downtown Westbrook. Come meet neighbors and enjoy a barbeque. All is free and open to the public. Kayaks, paddle boards, PFDs and instruction are generously provided by Portland Paddle.
